Who I am.
I am an entrepreneur, international speaker and advocate for structural change in the way we understand leadership. From Barcelona, I bring my voice to global stages to challenge traditional narratives of power.
My professional trajectory has led me to work with companies, executive teams and organizations that seek something more than performance: they seek meaning. I firmly believe that authentic leadership is not a tactic, but a way of living and deciding.
HER LEGACY is born from a conviction: that leading with truth is the most revolutionary act in a world that rewards image over substance. Every conference, every conversation, every project I undertake is an invitation to build with intention.

Leadership doesn't switch off when you leave the office. It's lived in every decision, every conversation, every moment of silence. My life off stage nourishes everything I bring to it: curiosity, presence and the conviction that we can always choose who we want to be.

I believe in leadership without masks. A leadership that doesn't ask permission to be honest, that doesn't need validation to act with conviction. My vision is simple: to build spaces where people can lead as they are, without corporate disguises or pre-established scripts. Because real power is not performed: it is lived.
Authenticity
Being true to yourself is not a branding strategy. It is the only solid foundation for building anything that lasts. Without authenticity, there is no leadership.
Courage
Making uncomfortable decisions, saying what needs to be said and holding your ground when pressure pushes toward conformity. Courage is quiet, but unstoppable.
Leadership
It's not a title or a hierarchy. It's a daily decision to serve, inspire and create the conditions for others to shine with their own light.
Legacy
