Meritxell Bautista (Montcada i Reixac, 1978) is a tech entrepreneur, business founder and international keynote speaker with more than two decades of experience creating and running companies. Her work focuses on AI applied to business, digital platforms, telecommunications, investment technology and business leadership. She is executive chair and co-founder of [Manix Capital](https://www.manixcapital.com/), a Manresa-based group that works as a technology builder and studio lab. From there she launches companies, designs digital products and develops in-house technology, architectures and reusable AI engines, turning real needs into scalable businesses and solutions. Within that group she founded [Xarxalia](https://www.xarxalia.com/), an applied-AI company that builds agents, automations and MIA, a digital-employee solution. She co-founded Polsaas, focused on technology and investment, and leads Subastech, a platform that uses data and AI to analyse property auctions. She is also co-founder and CEO of the telecoms operator [Floutel](https://www.floutel.com/) and chair of Valltech, which connects companies, industry, research centres and tech talent across the Vallès region. In 2013 she co-founded the telecoms operator Fibracat, which she chaired, and launched Fibracat TV. She is also behind [Ikonikas](https://www.ikonikas.com/) and co-founder of [Minute 61](https://www.minutesixtyone.com/), a project for one-of-a-kind events and experiences. She sits on the Council of the Women, Business and Economy Observatory (ODEE) of the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce and on the advisory board of m4Social. She has written articles and columns for Forbes Women, ELLE and MetaData.
